Driving Tour
This driving tour was conducted for the purpose of testing mobile live streaming to Owncast from the Dell Latitude 7230 Rugged Extreme Tablet using the Canon EOS R6 Mark II and the Zoom H8 audio interface. Overlays from satellite-gtk and VLC Media Player were used to provide GPS coordinates and live radio from LABR online radio. I was originally going to stream a drive to The Outer Banks, but working out the technical difficulties for this setup inclined me to postpone that trip while I become more comfortable with the equipment. In the meantime, I provide a tour-by-car of Raleigh, NC, highlighting a few of my favorite spots along the way.
